การทำแบบสกรีนจากคอมพิวเตอร์

อุปกรณ์ - คอมพิวเตอร์ - เครื่อง printer laser หรือ เครื่องถ่ายดอกสารขาวดำ - แผ่นใส

เตรียมรูปที่ต้องการสกรีน แล้วเปิดเข้าไปในโปรแกรม Photoshop

รูปที่ 1

เราจะทำการเปลี่ยนรูปนี้ให้เป็นขาวดำ เพื่อจะใช้ทำแบบลายสกรีน

เข้าเมนูตามรูปที่2

ก็จะได้ลักษณะดังรูปที่ 3 เลือกตามเหมายเลข 1 และเลือกสีขาวดำ ตามเลข 2 แล้วคลิกเมาท์มี่แถมสีขาวดำใหญ่

ในช่อง 1 เพื่อเข้าไปปรับความเข้มของสีขาว และ ดำ

แล้วจะปรากฏหน้าต่าง Gradian Editor

ทำการเลื่อนปุ่มในวง 1 ไปทางขวาเพื่อให้ได้สีดำที่เข้ม และปรับปุ่มในวง 2

ไปทางซ้ายเล็กน้อยเพื่อให้ได้สีขาวที่ชัดขึ้น จะได้ภามดังรูปที่ 5

ตอบโอเค และ save เราก็จะได้ภาพต้นแบบแล้ว

ภาพต้นแบบจำเป็นต้องเป็นภาพขาวดำหรือสีทึบเท่านั้น เพราะจะต้องนำ print ลงแผ่นใสโดยตรง

หรือ print ใส่กระดาษแล้วนำไปถ่ายเอกสารลงแผ่นใส เพื่อที่จะใช้เป็นแบบต่อไป

How to Stretch a Silk Screen

Stretch a Silk Screen on a Preroutered Frame

Step1

Buy a piece of silk-screen fabric that is at least 2 inches larger than your frame (all the way around). 200x mesh nylon is a good, all-around choice.

Step2

Immerse it in water and have a sponge handy to keep it moist during the stretching process.

Step3

Cut between four and eight 1-inch lengths of rope and one piece that is the circumference of the frame.

This is a step by step guide to stretching fabric on a wood frame. The text following each picture explains what's going on.

I use a staple gun to attach the fabric, but there are alternative methods you can use if you choose. With staples, the fabric edges do not need to be finished.

If you have finished edges (usually with a width of fabric that wraps around the edge and is stronger) you can leave more space between attach points. You can use snaps (screw the male portion directly to the frame using cap-head screws that fit inside the snap) or velcro in this case as well.
